Service Description

High Fitness gives you a modern twist on aerobics in a non-stop, action-packed mix of cardio, toning, and push tracks that will take your fitness to the next level. This no-equipment format uses simple, set choreography and will become the cardio workout you never dread. High Fitness is easy to follow and a total blast! Adaptable to all levels of fitness, you can go high or you can go low, but you will always leave feeling HIGH. We have two different High Fitness class types for you to experience, HIGH and LOW, and are currently alternating between the two class formats each Monday at 9:45am. HIGH is a mix of high intensity with moderate/active recovery. LOW is a lower impact, steady state cardio workout. DID YOU KNOW? All of our high fitness classes are kid friendly! Bring your little ones to work out with you or play on our soft blue gymnastics floor at no extra cost to you. You can also park your baby stroller right inside of the fitness studio.
