Please complete today's flexibility exercise as early in the day as possible. Sometimes it is easier to get distracted or thrown off track in the evenings.

You can adjust this video to full size when viewed on a laptop or desktop, or from the website/internet version on your cell phone. You can also cast your phone screen to your smart TV screen!

If you can allow your air conditioner to take a 30 minute break, or wear sweatpants and sweatshirts, during this exercise, your muscles will be warmer and stretch deeper. You will also be able to sweat out more toxins through the pores in your skin!
